New Man

Christ died to defeat the power of the devil. 

He gave us all power to defeat the works of the devil.

Luke 10

17 When the seventy-two disciples returned, they joyfully reported to him, "Lord, even the demons obey us when we use your name!" 18 "Yes," he told them, "I saw Satan falling from heaven as a flash of lightning!19 And I have given you authority over all the power of the enemy, and you can walk among snakes and scorpions and crush them. Nothing will injure you. 20 But don't rejoice just because evil spirits obey you; rejoice because your names are registered as citizens of heaven." 21 Then Jesus was filled with the joy of the Holy Spirit and said, "O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, thank you for hiding the truth from those who think themselves so wise and clever, and for revealing it to the childlike. Yes, Father, it pleased you to do it this way. 

Knowing who we are is KEY! Identity in Christ has to be embedded in us so that we cannot be swayed. We are citizens of heaven and we have authority as kings and queens.

Get Your Mind Right

It's a war zone christianity when you are a Romans 7 man. It's all about works. Always pleading his case in court, without realizing he's innocent.

Put the Romans 7 man to rest. We cannot add to what has been done. Stop mistaking your misery for the good fight of faith. IT IS FINISHED.

Romans 8 begins with: There is therefore no condemnation...

Accept the gift of being dead to sin. The new covenant says we're righteous, made clean by the work of the cross.  Become intoxicated with new wine, and accept the gift of abundant life in Christ.

God took care of our problems before we even needed a solution. He redeemed us before we could choose right.

Our prayers have been answered in so many ways. We are still pressing for the supernatural signs and wonders.
